Facility Maintenance Handyman Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$17.00 /hour

Part Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 12:00pm)

Part-time Maintenance Handyman

Sweeping, using a leaf blower, cleaning storage units, inside & outside of the facilities, including restrooms, and and landscaping.

Coordinate outside vendors for repairs as needed

Place overlocks on delinquent units

Post auction notices & take photos

Submit a weekly checklist on the overall condition of facilities.

Use hand and power tools

Unit inspections

Will visit 3 different locations each week

Facility Maintenance Handyman Qualifications:

Experience with facility maintenance is preferred

Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, & maintain insurance on personal vehicle.

May be on call occasionally for emergency situations

Applicant may be subject to a background check

Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
