Position Overview:
This full-time, in-person role involves direct interaction with clients and staff, ensuring prompt and courteous service both in person and via our multi-line phone system. Youll also provide administrative and data entry support to help keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
-Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
-Answer and route calls through a multi-line phone system
-Perform data entry and customer service follow-up tasks
-Support the internal team with administrative duties
-Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-A customer-first mindset and a problem-solving attitude
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Willingness to follow established procedures and learn quickly
-A team-player approach
