208 Rodeo Restaurant is seeking professional and personable hosts/hostesses to be the face of our fine-dining establishment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to create a seamless guest experience from the moment they walk in, wed love to meet you.

Requirements:

Experience with OpenTable and Resy is REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage seating charts and reservation flow with grace under pressure

Clear, professional communication both in person and over the phone

Multilingual candidates are a plus (Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, etc.)

Impeccable grooming and presentation standards

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Please arrive to the interview wearing an all black business casual uniform with closed toe shoes, as you may be asked to stage for 2-3 hours right after.
