Welcome to Grace Winery, a hidden gem nestled on thirty rolling acres in the historic Brandywine Valley. Our property is steeped in historycentered around a beautifully preserved 1734 Quaker farmhouse and a restored 1750s barn that now houses our public tasting room. What began as a family home has evolved into a fifty-room inn, event destination, and working winery producing estate-grown wines. We are proud to offer guests a uniquely local experience that reflects the land, the seasons, and our deep commitment to hospitality. The tasting room is open Fridays through Sundays and features hyper-local, wine-focused fare that celebrates our regions bounty.

Part-Time | Weekends Required

Responsibilities:

• Provide polished, engaging tableside service for wine flights and chef-driven food menu
• Share the stories of our wines and property with genuine enthusiasm
• Manage multiple tables, maintaining attention to detail and hospitality throughout each guest's visit
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure timely, seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness, restock service stations, and assist with closing duties
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• 2+ years of serving experience in a full-service or wine-focused environment
• Strong wine interest and a desire to learn estate-specific details
• Friendly, professional, and composed under pressur
• Must be 21+, RAMP certified or willing to obtain
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability, weekends a must; some holidays
• Knowledge of Toast POS and Tock a plus
• A collaborative team member with a calm, confident presence

Compensation: Hourly ($8.00 - $10.00) plus tips
