We are seeking a Window Cleaning Technician to join our team on a Full or Part Time basis! Will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Clean Windows
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:
- Clean driving abstract and must have a valid and current drivers license
- Ability to handle physical workload including going up and down ladders, lifting up to 50lbs, working in hot conditions exposed to the elements, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible
- Reliable
- Ability to dress and act professionally and discretely at all times on the job.
