Lava Lava Beach Club Hiring Foh, Boh, Housekeeper & Facilities Maint

Lava Lava Waikoloa is Kama'aina owned and operated, and sits on the stunning shoreline of Anaeho'omalu Bay. We love to inspire guests to celebrate something everyday!

We are hiring for the following position:

FOH:
* PT & FT - Busser - 14/hr + tips
* PT & FT - Runner - 15/hr + tips
* PT & FT - Host/Hostess - 15/hr + tips
* PT - Expeditor - 18/hr + tips

* Floor Manager - (65k + & benefits - refer to ad on Indeed)

* PT - Housekeeper - 25/hr - *Please refer to attached ad for details*

BOH:
* PT & FT - Dishwasher - 18/hr + tips
* PT & FT - Prep Cook - 20/hr + tips
* PT - Line Cook - 26 - 30/hr + tips (depending on experience & skill)

* FT - Sous Chef - (65k+ benefits - refer to ad on Indeed)

Director of Facilities Maintenance - $100 K+ (Depending on experience & skill)
* Oversee all facilities maintenance operations for a multi site restaurant group (must be Kona/Kohala based, and monthly travel to Kauai expected)
Requirements:
* 7-10 years of related experience, strongly prefer prior restaurant exper.
* Inter to Adv level knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC
* Reliable transportation (position is multisite. Need reliable vehicle)
* Prior supervisory & project management experience also preferred
* Must be able to respond quickly/assist with troubleshooting/repairs
* Excellent past history of safety
* Well versed in OSHA/HIOSH/safety regulations
* Oversee/perform all needed maintenance repairs for multiple restaurants
* Oversee annual inspections/safety initiatives
* Manage team of 7-8
