Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites in accordance with brand standards and hotel procedures.
Replace linens and towels, make beds, and restock room amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and other supplies.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean bathrooms, and empty trash containers.
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost and found items to the appropriate department.
Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in.
Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
Respond promptly to guest requests or questions with courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Assist with laundry duties or cleaning public areas as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel security procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not requiredtraining will be provided.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for long periods.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hourly rate: $10dlls
