Patient Concierge - Premier Aesthetic Practice (Atlanta Area)

We are currently seeking a Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face and steady guide for our patients—from their first consultation through every step of their aesthetic journey. This is a full-time opportunity across two premier Atlanta-area locations , beginning in late September .

About the Role:

As our Patient Concierge, you'll serve as the first and last impression for our discerning clientele. With a polished presence and service-first mindset, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the excellence of our brand and the personalized care that sets us apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients, reflecting our high standards of care and discretion

• Educate clients on our advanced aesthetic services and premium skincare offerings

• Coordinate and schedule appointments across both locations with efficiency and grace

• Maintain a seamless and attentive client experience from consultation to post-care

• Confidently promote and sell medical-grade skincare products and wellness offerings

• Support providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Uphold a consistently polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior experience in a luxury medspa , plastic surgery office , or high-end dermatology practice

• Solid knowledge of injectables , advanced skincare treatments , and medical-grade skincare products

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for authentic sales

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Flexibility to work across two upscale Atlanta-area locations

• Comfort with EMR systems , scheduling platforms, and tech tools
