Patient Concierge - Premier Aesthetic Practice (Atlanta Area) Full-Time | Dual Location | Start Date: Late September

We are a well-established and highly respected aesthetic practice with two premier locations in the Atlanta area, known for delivering exceptional cosmetic and skincare experiences. We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Patient Concierge to join our elite team.

The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, discretion, and a passion for delivering a refined client experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring that each guest receives seamless support, from their initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, personalized welcome aligned with our elevated brand standards

Educate patients on our full range of advanced aesthetic treatments and skincare products

Assist in the scheduling and coordination of appointments across both locations

Maintain an exceptional level of service throughout the client journey, anticipating needs and ensuring a five-star experience

Promote and sell premium skincare lines and wellness products with expert knowledge and genuine enthusiasm

Collaborate closely with providers and staff to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a luxury medspa, plastic surgery office, dermatology clinic, or similar high-end service environment

Strong knowledge of advanced skincare services, injectables, and medical-grade skincare products

Refined communication skills with an ability to sell with authenticity and confidence

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills

Flexibility to work between two upscale locations in the Atlanta area

Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and EMR systems

Compensation:
