Schedule Available: Part-Time, Thursdays & Fridays, 6:00PM-10:00PM

Job Overview: Performs building and equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure building safety and efficiency of operations. Assist maintenance staff with building systems (i.e., electrical, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, building fire and life safety, security, automation, fire sprinkler, pool operations and equipment maintenance).

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building structures and equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, light bulb change out, ceiling, wall and floor systems.
• Install new hardware components, office fixtures and miscellaneous items.
• Assist with safe operation, cleanliness and maintenance of all facilities and equipment, ensuring the working operation of mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, pool equipment and facilities.
• Responds to and assists in all building, equipment, or systems emergency situations involving the Maintenance department. Other duties as assigned.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work area.
• Monitor pool and water feature conditions and maintain records according to state law.
• Assist with monitoring building temperatures and make adjustments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Combination of education and experience to equal 4 years of commercial Building Maintenance.
• Mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing and pool equipment experience.
• Working knowledge of pools, spas and water features.
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Experience in mechanical and carpentry repair work.
• Knowledge of equipment and tools, work hazards and applicable safety precautions.
• Valid Class D driver's license may be required with a good driving record.
• Special Boiler's License (DSF Maintenance - Required).
• Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and/or noise.
• Ability to move in a variety of motions including bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and/ or pushing.
• Capacity to handle and lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
