Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with a commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during assigned shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a customer-facing environment such as a financial institution or office setting.

• Basic knowledge of minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or unclogging drains.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies and ensuring all fixtures are in working order.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in break rooms, meeting rooms, and other common areas to ensure a tidy and organized environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly for timely resolution.
