Job DescriptionHousekeeping Supervisor at Moonlight BasinStart Date: November 10, 2025End Date: April 19, 2026Moonlight Club LLC d/b/a Moonlight Basin, located in Big Sky, Montana, seeks five (5) full-time, temporary Housekeeping Supervisors who will be responsible for monitoring, cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites and residences at the Resorts property, which includes cleaning and disinfecting kitchens, dishes, refrigerators, and ovens, vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows (using glass cleaner and paper towels), sorting clothing and other articles, loading washing machines, and ironing and folding dried items. Housekeeping Supervisors will also be responsible for monitoring public areas, bathrooms, fitness center, offices and service areas to communicate any deficiencies to respective personnel, report maintenance repairs to Management and Engineering (for urgent repairs), conduct training, provide feedback on staff performance, ensuring team has completed daily closing duties, prepare, distribute, and communicate additions or changes to assignment sheets to assigned staff, as well as transport employees between worksites and around the property. May supervise up to six (6) Housekeepers. Will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager at Moonlight Basin. Six (6) months of supervisory housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense. Applicant must have a U.S. Drivers License. Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal is required.All worksites located in Big Sky, Montana. Travel throughout this area is required.Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided via employee shuttle and community bus.On-the-job training is provided. Wage: $22.89 $24.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $34.36 $36.00 per hour. Employee may also receive a service charge based on hours worked.Employees may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a discretionary end-of-season bonus of $1,500 as well as a discretionary employee appreciation bonus. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am 3:00pm, or 10:00am 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $650.00 per month for double occupancy and $1,200.00 for single occupancy. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck on the first two paychecks of each month in the amount of $325 to $600. Cost of housing includes utilities and internet. A $300.00 non-refundable administration fee is required, which will either (depending upon employees choice) be deducted in equal $150 installments from employees first two (2) paychecks or deducted from the employees first paycheck in the amount of $300.Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for workers sole benefit, including but not limited to health insurance and 401k. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
