Description

The Town Pump Hotel Group is looking for a motivated and outgoing Hotel Maintenance Supervisor who will model our mission statement Genuine Hospitality from genuine people committed to providing comfort and service. As a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

perform duties to oversee property maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms to ensure daily cleaning, upkeep, preventative maintenance, small repairs, and tasks to meet Town Pump and brand operational standards.

provide shuttle services at some locations, ensure the best possible experience for each guest, within the framework of Town Pump's operating guidelines, display a high degree of work ethic and pride in workmanship.

complete all required company and brand specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner, and follow Town Pump's grooming and appearance guidelines, wear uniform and nametag always while on shift.

order and install small maintenance items as needed for repair, under the direction of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, complete tasks and assignments on daily and preventative maintenance checklist.

ensure exterior building and grounds are clean and clear by removing trash, and debris, as well as removing weather-related hazards such as snow, ice, and other debris, report all known issues with services, equipment, and property; ensure work orders are in place.

complete and record daily pool/spa readings, and keep detailed and complete maintenance/inventory records on all the tools, equipment, and mechanical systems on the property.

ensure all equipment, tools, and inventory stock is always secure, practice safe working under Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include Bloodborne pathogens.

be required to comply with Town Pump expectations for confidentiality of guest and company information, and complete other duties as needed such as cross-training with the front desk.

supervise all other maintenance personnel. This includes, but is not limited to participating in the hiring, training, performance management, conflict resolution, discipline, and termination of team members as required.

may be required to clean public areas, assist with breakfast service, fold laundry, occasionally clean a guest room, and other duties within the hotel.
