We are vibrant neighborhood restaurant in the heart of downtown Roswell, Georgia, serving scratch-made food, handcrafted cocktails, and standout pizza in a warm, community-driven atmosphere. Were passionate about great food, and were looking for an AM prep/line cook and PM line cook to bring that same energy to our kitchen.
Job Summary:
We're looking for someone who is experienced in pizza-making and confident working multiple stations including saute, fryer, and salad. As a small kitchen team, versatility are key. The ideal candidate will take pride in quality, consistency, and supporting the team through busy shifts. AM and PM positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with a primary focus on handcrafted pizzas (dough prepraring, stretching, topping, and cooking in a brick oven)
Confidently work saute, fryer, and salad stations as needed often rotating between stations in a single shift.
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and station setup.
Ensuring timing, communication, and food presentation are on point.
Support with prep tasks, inventory, and restocking as needed.
Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols consistently.
Set the tone for a team-oriented, positive kitchen culture.
Qualifications:
2+ years of kitchen experience, including pizza-making, saute, fryer, and salad station.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team kitchen environment.
Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety standards.
Reliable, punctual, and coachable with great communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume service.
Preferred:
Experience with scratch-made dough and various pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, New York, artisan).
Natural ability to set the pace and support the team.
ServSafe or equivalent certification a plus.
