Location: Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | Dinner Service + Sunday Brunch

Castells, a high-end fine dining restaurant in Brooklyn, is looking for a seasoned Captain to join our front-of-house team. This is not a server position we are seeking a professional Captain with a strong background in elevated service and table-side dining.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain in fine dining
• Michelin-star experience preferred
• Skilled in table-side service and guest interaction
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
• High energy , well-organized, and composed under pressure
• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
• Must have the drive to deliver exceptional service every shift
• Full-time with flexible availability evenings, holidays
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours , bend, push, pull, and lift to 30 lbs.

This is a hands-on position in a busy restaurant with high standards. Youll work closely with a team of professionals who value attention to detail, hospitality, and delivering an excellent dining experience.
