Apprentice Apartment Maintenance Worker

Looking for a practical/common sense worker
Applicants will learn and become knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, drywall, texture, paint (with sprayer) framing, lament flooring. Additional landscaping work as needed.

You will work with experienced installer putting in cabinets, doors/windows, appliances, baseboard, vanities, toilets, light fixtures etc.....
with the ability to problem solve basic job issues, work fast, clean work, work well with others, take direction, and be punctual.

Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from job site and own their own basic tools.
