This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support while managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, assisting as needed. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and data entry tasks. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google, Social Media. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills. Bilingual is Requiered Previous experience in front desk operations or office management is preferred. Familiarity with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and calendar management. A background in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
