THE JOB:
The Maintenance Engineer maintains and repairs mechanical and electrical equipment to support daily facilities operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting systems, performing inspections, and completing work orders in addition to providing administrative and technical support as directed by department management.

THE STARTING RATE: $38.72 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and all equipment that is driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water or any other power developing energy which has to do with or is related to the operation of all mechanical equipment

• Complete work orders

• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs

• Perform regular maintenance and repair activities on all pool systems and equipment, including filtration, heating, sanitation, and circulation systems, to ensure optimal functionality and safety

• Candidates must possess a strong understanding of pool systems, including filtration and circulation, as well as expertise in chemical management to maintain optimal water quality and safety standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• 2+ years prior relevant experience preferred
