RESPONSIBILITIES

As a full- or part-time Maintenance Technician - Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing light maintenance throughout the cafe. Daily tasks include :

Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing floors and high-traffic areas Cleaning and restocking restrooms

Performing minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and addressing plumbing issues

Ensuring storage rooms, coolers, and freezers remain organized and functional

Monitoring the facility for any necessary repairs and reporting concerns as needed

Adhering to all health and safety regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for this full- or part-time cleaning role, candidates must meet the following requirements :

18+ years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 30 lbs occasionally

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Available to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in janitorial work or general maintenance

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
