Position Overview

As an Independent Contractor Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services to luxury residences. This position offers the perfect balance of professionalism, flexibility, and competitive compensation for skilled cleaning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleaning of all areas in luxury homes, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
Clean and polish fine furniture, fixtures, and surfaces using appropriate methods and products
Dust and clean delicate items such as artwork, crystal, and antiques with proper care
Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to the highest standards
Vacuum, sweep, and mop various flooring surfaces including hardwood, marble, and high-end carpeting
Change and make beds with fine linens
Maintain organization of client belongings while respecting privacy and confidentiality
Report any maintenance issues or special concerns to management
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in luxury residences or high-end hospitality
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for fine materials and surfaces
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
Strong time management and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation to client locations
Excellent references
Background check required
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Schedule & Compensation

Flexible Schedule: Choose your own work hours from our available assignments (we operate 7 days a week, but you are not required to work weekends)
Competitive Pay: $18-$25 per hour, based on experience and performance + TIPS
1099 Independent Contractor Position
All cleaning equipment and supplies provided
