• Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale or fast-paced dining

• Strong wine knowledge Georgian wine familiarity is a plus

• Basic cocktail knowledge

• Cultural awareness and ability to represent a globally inspired menu with care and enthusiasm

• A flexible schedule , including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical & Service Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times per shift

• Ability to carry multiple plates and bus tables as needed

• Willingness to assist wherever needed to support smooth service
