Staybridge Suites - Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable individual with strong customer service skills, open availability and a professional appearance. Position is part-time, 3pm - 11pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-checking guests in/out; assigning rooms

-assisting guests with special requests

-completing all front desk tasks

-handling cash and credit card transactions

-answering phone calls
-making and confirming reservations

-assisting breakfast and housekeeping when needed

-offering friendly and professional customer service to all guests
