Key Responsibilities:
- Serve plated meals and buffet-style service with speed and precision
Carry serving trays with 810 meals efficiently and safely
Execute all Steps of Service to ensure a seamless guest experience
Set up and break down buffet stations, beverage areas, and event spaces
Maintain clean and organized service areas, including bussing and resetting tables
Follow instructions from supervisors and adjust quickly to event changes
Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout the event
Assist with coffee service, boxed lunches, and reception set-ups as needed
Handle basic beverage service, including wine pouring and bottle opening
Requirements:
- Prior banquet or event service experience is required
Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment
Must speak fluent English and communicate clearly with guests and team members
