Pizzeria Delfina in Burlingame is looking for an energetic, guest-focused FOH team member to join our tight-knit crew. In this role, youll run the door, manage reservations, and answer phones while keeping service flowing smoothly. Youll be part of a team that values precision, warmth, and the joy of making people feel welcome.
Our Burlingame location serves Neapolitan-inspired pizza and seasonal antipasti in a lively, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Our weekly changing menu features house-made products crafted with locally sourced ingredients from the Bay Areas best farms and purveyors.
Were looking for someone who:- Loves food, wine, and genuine hospitalityand is eager to learn about sustainable dining practices.
- Thrives in high-energy, guest-facing environments such as restaurants, hotels, or retail.
- Has at least one year of recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant (ideal but not required).
- Stays organized, detail-oriented, and calm while thinking on your feet.
- Brings flexibility, weekend availability, a strong work ethic, and curiosity to learn new skills.
- $22.50 (base hourly + tips).
