The Cuisine:

Alfred Portale will lead the culinary direction as the Chef Managing Partner. The uniquely crafted menu hones in on a specialty to set the tone for the fine dining experience. Building off the foundation of offering specialized meats, Sartianos establishes itself as an authentic Italian restaurant.

The Role:

You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for the guest experience. There will be times you answer the phone, take reservations, and be responsible for seating members throughout the restaurant. Your attention to detail and communication are most important.

Qualifications & Disposition:

  • Must have a minimum 1 year experience
  • Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos, their programming, and peak times
  • Passion and knowledge of food & beverage operations
  • Ability to build tasteful and respectful relationships with guests
  • Professional, tactful, and well-versed in conflict resolution
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Reservation Management platforms

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($22.00) plus tips
