The Opportunity: Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals are sought to join the Front-of-House team. Hiring is in progress for Servers, Bussers, and Food Runners, all of whom are vital to ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience at Kit Kat Club. Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role, but may include:
Bartenders:

• • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Manage bar inventory, including stocking, restocking, and assisting with ordering supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system and manage tabs.
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age and enforce responsible alcohol service practices.

Servers:

• Warmly greet and seat guests.
• Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing the POS system.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized section and assist with light cleaning tasks.

Support :

• Prepare the dining area for service, including setting tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently as guests finish their meals.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing additional items as requested.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and surrounding areas throughout service.
• Support dishwashing staff by scraping, stacking, or loading dishes as needed.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure the accuracy and presentation of each dish before delivery.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Uphold food health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred (especially for servers).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays (up to 25 lbs+), and navigate a busy dining area.
• Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and processing payments.
• Knowledge of POS TOAST systems is a plus.
• Active Serv safe and basset certifications a MUST
