We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. . As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hosting.
  • Knowladge in Sevenrooms, Resy or Opentable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Manage the waiting list and seating arrangements efficiently during peak dining hours
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff, servers, and management team to ensure smooth operation
  • Answer phone calls and assist callers with reservations and inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/hostess station
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor the dining room flow
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and hospitality at all times
