Guests order at a lively walk-up counter overlooking the open kitchen, with seating in a warm, light-filled dining room. The menu draws on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, with items like Cauliflower Shawarma, Harissa Chicken, Lamb Kebab, and house-made dips served with fresh pita - plus a fun drinks list with natural wines, beers, and homemade sodas.

You:

• Have cashier or front-of-house experience (fast-casual a plus)

• Can keep cool when its busy and prioritize on the fly

• Warm, approachable, and obsessed with great guest experiences

• Can work weekends

• Love mediterranean food and natural wine!

The Job:

• Ring up orders and keep lines moving

• Restock front with drinks and supplies

• Handle cash drawer counts and follow open/close procedures

• Keep the counter clean and organized

• Jump in to help teammates when needed
