Bartender & Server

Bantam Kitchen & Bar is seeking a friendly, positive, & hard-working individual. We have a small but mighty team & are looking to add another awesome person that is able to communicate & work well with others. This role is for about 20-30 hours/week (about 4-5 days/week Tuesday-Saturday) & will include a variety of bar prep, bar back/support, bartending, and serving shifts, depending on what is needed. The ability to multi-task, stay organized, & help support team members is a must. Duties will include serving guests table & bar service, prepping bar ingredients, preparing cocktails/beer/wine for guests, & helping create new cocktails for monthly seasonal menu.

Must feel comfortable handling potentially large volume of business & must have some experience working in a bartending setting with basic beer/wine/cocktail knowledge. Cocktail development is a large plus but willing to work with the right motivated individual who wants to develop their skills.
