What Were Looking For:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant is a plus, but were happy to train the right motivated candidates.
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining teamwork and positivity.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to upholding Mikamis standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 3050 lbs.
