Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they are clean and well-stocked.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Adapt to varying schedules and locations as required by client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
