Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers as needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the job.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and schedules.
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
