About the Role: Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Custodian, where you will play a vital role in maintaining clean and safe environments for our valued clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a positive atmosphere in Fort Wayne, IN.

Monday - Friday ( weekend optional )
Flexible evening hours
Weekly Pay on Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers as needed.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the job.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
