This dual role supports both Park Tavern on Washington Square and Marlowe, representing each restaurant with top-tier hospitality, professionalism, and sanitation standards. Youll help create an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, expert knowledge, and a warm, welcoming presence.

What Youll Do

-Deliver a welcoming, high-quality guest experience for both locals and visitors.
-Master each restaurants service standards, menus, and beverage programs.
-Provide seamless service greeting, seating, taking orders, preparing drinks, and delivering food and beverages with care.
-Anticipate guest needs, accommodate dietary restrictions, and resolve concerns promptly.
-Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
-Support team flow by assisting at the door, bar, or dining room as needed.
