THE JOB:

Luchini inside MGM Grand is seeking a skilled Cook to bring culinary expertise and a warm, welcoming presence to our guests. You'll apply your techniques with precision while helping create memorable experiences, turning each interaction into a "WOW" moment that guests will carry long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.0483 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Apply culinary skills with strong food knowledge and precise plate presentation

• Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain supplies

• Label and date products to ensure safety and sanitation

• Prepare sauces, stocks, and soups while supporting kitchen operations

• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ year of experience as a Cook

• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
