We're looking for fun, energetic and amazing bartenders to join our team
Key Responsibilities
Drink Preparation: Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences, ensuring proper portion control and presentation.
Customer Service: Engage with customers, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system, providing receipts and managing tabs.
Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces, to maintain a hygienic environment.
Compliance: Verify customers' ages to ensure they meet legal drinking requirements and adhere to liquor laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse clientele and provide a positive experience.
Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and the ability to create new drink combinations.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with barbacks, waitstaff, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
