THE JOB

Live Oak Pavillion and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater is seeking VIP Host staff. TheVIP Host staff will engage with and aid all Live Nation clients that purchaseVIPclub access, season tickets, box seats, or premium seating for our events.VIPServices staff members will be located throughout all ourVIPareas and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist in all aspects of theVIP/Premium Seat Services experience - including the club, pavilion/box seats, and parking lot
  • Support in VIP Operations such as load in and load out
  • Relocate VIP property to its respected storage area during off/on days
  • Set-up, reset and/or disassemble VIP areas pre- and post-show; seating, serving and entrance areas
  • Completing operation tasks day of show and sole operation days
  • Make sureVIPClub andVIPBoxes are show ready
  • Welcome guests as they enter theVIPentrance. Scan tickets, issue wristbands/credentials
  • Answer questions, show guests to their seats, and assist with any other needs that may arise throughout the evening
  • MonitorVIPBoxes to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to exceed expectations and maintain customer loyalty
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Help the PSS team and wait-staff keep theVIPClub tidy and running smoothly throughout the show
  • Serve as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details
  • Aid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, recycling, etc.
  • Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show
  • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
  • Other tasks as assigned by theVIPClub Supervisor, PSS Coordinator or Management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of Operations or Project Management experience
  • Forklift experience (preferred)
  • At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Upbeat, positive personality
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Ability to stand for length of show
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting
  • Must be willing and able to work in various weather conditions, including rain and heat
  • Have a reliable schedule, work ethic and accountability
  • Flexible scheduling during weekdays and weekend for load in/out needs
