Care** Assist master injectors with aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser procedures, and other in-office services.* Provide direct patient care, including rooming patients, preparing treatment areas, and supporting providers during procedures.* Conduct phlebotomy when required.*Client Experience & Education** Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a comfortable, professional, and informed environment.* Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines to ensure optimal results and long-term satisfaction.* Actively listen to clients to understand their goals and support their care journey with empathy and expertise.*Sales & Product Knowledge** Confidently present and promote services, skincare products, and memberships.* Introduce clients to current promotions and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.* Utilize strong sales skills to help clients make informed decisions that align with their aesthetic goals.*Charting &
