THE JOB:
As a Mixologist barback, you will get the opportunity to create masterpieces for all our guests to enjoy!
Responsibilities include: Assigned tasks, sharing management and guest expectations, supporting an environment of high efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Maintains detailed knowledge of all menus, recipes, beverage quality standards and regulations.
Accurately follows recipes to prepare a variety of beverages, including specialty drinks, smoothies, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
Wash, peel, chop, juice, and measure ingredients such as fruits, herbs, and garnishes, maintaining proper storage and freshness.
Adheres to sanitation and safety standards, ensuring all preparation areas, tools, and equipment are cleaned and organized.
Monitors inventory levels of beverage ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed, and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
Maintains par levels for all beverage-related items.
Follows all food handling regulations, including proper labeling, temperature control, and allergen awareness protocols.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Requirements
A minimum of 1-year culinary experience.
Ability to stand to long periods of time.
Food and beverage knowledge, including food product knowledge, wines, liquors, cocktails, and proper service standards.
Knowledge and practical experience with basic knife and cooking skills.
Maintains extensive knowledge of all menu and bar items.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Experience within a Hotel/Resort environment.
