Role Overview

Job Description:
- You are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the communal service areas, dining areas and dish rooms within the market.
- Maintaining a clean and clear floor in all communal spaces, dish room, and storage areas.
- Reacting in case of spillage or breakage, by cleaning up and alerting the Floor Manager of the issue.
- Washing all Market Plates, glassware, and flatware.
- Refuse and waste management.
- You are not responsible for cleaning individual concessions. Concessionaires are responsible for the cleaning of their own concession, both their kitchen space and the Concessionaires storage area. The outer side of their sneeze guards are your responsibility.

General Requirements:
- 21+ years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred

- Hospitality, Restaurant, Nightclub, Bar, and Lounge Operations
- Opening and closing duties
- Proper lifting techniques
