Condo Building Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of work related to the general maintenance and routine repair of buildings and common areas of property.

Key Responsibilities
Support preventative maintenance tasks and identify potential issues early
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Responsible for the daily minor repairs and upkeep of the property. Taking pictures before and after and reporting to the office
Cleans and maintains common areas of the property. Able to walk the property daily, taking pictures of any issues and reporting them to the office
Time management in responding, prioritizing and planning work orders & special projects
Provide status updates to the office in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
Tracking propane levels and inventory used. Turning in a requisition order form to the office for re-orders or new items needed
Minor Electrical & plumbing trouble shooting ability
Wet check an relace broken sprinkler heads
Adjust light and sprinkler timers as needed
Painting ability

Requirements
Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in high rise condominium buildings and or smaller buildings
Must pass a Background Screening
Dependable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, write, and speak) with employees, supervisors, and others
Must have a valid Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
