Job Title: Landscape Crew Member Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time) Location: Lynchburg, VA
Position Overview: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join our team at Virginia Episcopal School . This role involves maintaining the grounds and outdoor spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
Assist with planting, mulching, pruning, and seasonal landscaping tasks
Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively
Maintain walkways, parking areas, and other outdoor spaces
Support groundskeeping team with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
