Gufo Servers

Gufo , the Coda Groups ( SRV , The Salty Pig and Baleia ) East Cambridge restaurant, is seeking Servers (weekend availability required) to add to their front of the house team. Gufo (Owl in Italian) is a full-service restaurant by night specializing in handmade pasta, pizza and comforting-yet-inventive shared plates. During the day, Gufo will offer a counter service cafe with coffee, pastries, and sandwiches as well as brunch on the weekends. The beverage program features craft cocktails, a focused list of local beer as well as wine made from Italian grape varietals grown in Italy and the US.

Gufos primary goal is creating a space for community through delicious food and drink paired with genuine hospitality. Gufo strives to get back to the basics: great food in a beautiful setting served with warm and genuine hospitality. Potential applicants must embody those qualities and want to be a part of a team thats primary focus is on our staff and our guests. Remembering names and faces, turning first timers into regulars, and having fun while working hard are our only non-negotiable qualities. Previous experience preferred but not required.
