Receptionist

Entry level Receptionist job!!

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from patients and doctor's offices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to callers.
• Participate in outbound calling as required by patient or client situations.
• Maintain accurate data entry and processing for samples and calls.
• Assist and train in the medical lab

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience with phone call handling (1 years of recent)
• Experience in sample collection and processing/working within a healthcare setting
• Customer service skills

Shift Timings-

Monday to Wednesday,

7:00am - 3:30pm,

Thursday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm,

with weekends off.

The first week of training is Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Pay:$20/hour

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
