Job Description The primary function of this role is to perform cleaning services and maintain the overall condition of the building. The position ensures a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks according to the scope and following standard operating procedures. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning services according to the scope and follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and healthy facility by mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting high and low areas, deep cleaning, and disinfecting multiple surfaces and restrooms.
- Appropriately dispose of waste receptacles daily, including recyclables.
- Complete deep cleans, office restoration, and special projects as requested by managerial teams.
- Verify the correct chemicals are used for each designated area assigned.
- Organize and maintain janitor closets, supply storage, and cleaning equipment.
- Notify management of any deficiencies, safety concerns, and need for repairs.

- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical degree or certification preferred
