Facilities Maintenance/Custodian Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and meeting spaces
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory of cleaning products and paper goods
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces
• Trash and recycling collection and removal
• Clean windows, glass doors, and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, reporting repair needs, etc.)
• Support setup and cleanup for meetings and events as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM

Facilities Maintenance/Custodian Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay: $22–$25, depending on experience and qualifications

Facilities Maintenance/Custodian Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience required
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, supplies, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
