Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute elevated steakhouse dishes with consistency and precision

  • Cook meats to exact specifications using various methods (grill, broiler, sous vide, etc.)

  • Maintain a clean and organized station during service

  • Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and portion controls

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

  • Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

  • Contribute to a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (steakhouse experience a plus)

  • Familiarity with proper meat temperatures and cooking techniques

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • ServSafe certification preferred but not required

  • Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
