What Were Looking For:We are a new opening and are hiring for all line cooks from salad stations up to broiler cooks

Cook meats to exact specifications using various methods (grill, broiler, sous vide, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized station during service
Follow recipes, plating guidelines, and portion controls
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Contribute to a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture
1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (steakhouse experience a plus)
Familiarity with proper meat temperatures and cooking techniques
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
ServSafe certification preferred but not required
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
