Bar Staff Jobs in New Jersey

Prior to becoming a Bar Staffer, a person may have roles such as a Bar Back or Bar Assistant, where they support bartenders and learn the ropes of the profession. They may also start as a Wait Staff or Server in a restaurant, gaining customer service experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
