General Maintenance Engineer $1,000 Sign on Bonus

A General Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

Shift Times: 6:30am-2:30 pm (if you are interested in the 2:30pm - 10:30pm shift please apply to the PM shift position!)

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $25. The 2:30pm to 10:30pm will qualify for a $1 differential during this evening shift for $26 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. This position also qualifies for a $1000 sign on bonus. This will be paid out in two installments $500 after 3 months and $500 after 6 months
