Concierge Lounge Attendant

Position: Concierge Lounge Attendant. Sun-Thurs 4pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a Memorable Experience : Greet and assist guests in the Concierge Lounge, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and personalized experience.
• Offer Exceptional Service : Provide beverages, snacks, and light meals, ensuring that guests enjoy a variety of premium offerings throughout their stay.
• Guest Assistance : Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, offering information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Maintain Lounge Standards : Ensure that the Concierge Lounge is always clean, organized, and stocked with fresh supplies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Guest Relations : Build rapport with guests and assist with any special requests, making their stay more enjoyable and memorable.
• Support VIP Guests : Provide personalized service to VIP and loyalty program members, offering additional attention to their needs.

Requirements:

• At least one year of customer service experience in a hospitality environment (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a high level of organization in a busy environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or as a concierge is a plus.
