Job Description:
As the Host at Daru, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Your warm and welcoming personality will help ensure guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements to support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and inviting host stand and lobby area
• Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seatings
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and courteously
• Assist with overall venue organization and guest flow

Qualifications:

• Previous host/guest service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset
